Steps you MUST follow to apply for an exchange period at ETSIT‑UPV:

STEP 1: How to nominate your student

Home university sends your nomination using an online nomination form:

Before starting the nomination, please make sure you have the following information available:

  • University Erasmus code
  • Student’s full name
  • Student’s email address
  • Study period (Autumn / Spring / Full year)
  • Degree programme and study level
  • Faculty / Department
  • Departmental or Faculty Coordinator
  • Student’s current Spanish language level (if available)
  • Information about any special needs (if applicable)

STEP 2

Request Username and PIN number

A member of staff must approve each request (only possible if Step 1 has been completed). This may take several days.

STEP 3

Complete the online application form on the AIRE portal

Confirm application, download and print the overview. Have it signed by your home institution and upload it, along with required documents.
